Who's on first?

All,

As a new member, I find it a little confusing to tell who is coordinating efforts and in contact with HQ. It might be nice to have a forum of "Read this first" with a list of ongoing efforts and who is coordinating them, tightly controlled by the moderators so I do not have to wade through a bunch of threads. For example, I did not see the "College Campus Blitz" one until this morning.

Also, after posting a few things and getting no responses and wondering if HQ actually participated in this at all, this post should be in the "READ THIS FIRST" and the first thing t read:

Hi and welcome to the forum. You might not be aware of this, but this forum is independently owned and operated and is not associated with the official campaign.

Headquarters cannot be involved in grassroots efforts, unfortunately. It might help you understand better if you read this:

I realized that after reading the article by Jennifer I quoted above. I was just thinking a cental place within the forums that was tightly controlled by the moderators for current grassroots efforts (such as Jennifer's College Campus Blitz) with a coordinator listed would be nice instead of listing it on the free-for-all topics.
