I know for the Iowa Caucus, the counties just put in their numbers as they got them, but isn't the primary for like the whole day? Anyone want to enlighten me a bit? =)

These places only have like 30 people in them, if I remember correctly... shouldn't take long. I think they count the votes RIGHT IN FRONT of the 30 people and declare the winner right then.
Dixville Notch will be announced first thing in the morning, likely. Andre Morreau won there in... '92? The other polls are open til 7pm, we'll see results rolling in about 9pm (those two hours are the WORST!!! LOL).
Voter roles are the same as they were then. Same size, same families, same political situation... people wanted out of Iraq at that time too, if you remember... so Clinton spent 8 years bombing.
