When will it happen?

Are the networks pushing this tea party, revolution, bubba effect rhetoric just to quell the possible revolts? Due to the crises becoming almost unbearable for most of the citizens, I'm questioning when the right moment comes that forces us, as a people, to stand up to the government in many ways. Things are happening, people are becoming more aware of their situations and how they'll be affected. Sooner or later, if towns are (I hope hypothetically) depleted of everything but Citibank and Walmart, then will people decide that government is not the answer? The answer lies within us to do what needs to be done. If we can't help others, then we can't help ourselves to get past this.

I'm getting impatient because it seems to me that we're at the brink of something massive, and we just need one final shove - a giant, final shove that will make us all come together and force those who dictate our lives out of leadership and into the prisons.

Don't forget the millions of people who have absolutely no idea what is going on. There are people who, every few days, watch 5 minutes of cable news and that is their only exposure to the big picture. We are carrying a lot of dead weight.

"They" want us to revolt, and will use it to impose martial law.

"A modern country is like a jetliner. It's the product of centuries of human development, and it's a marvelous piece of equipment. In a sense, even the back-up systems have back-up systems. But a modern country is also a very complicated piece of equipment. Managing it successfully -- in other words, bringing its citizens safely into the future -- takes both technical competence and, perhaps even more important, intense concentration. You've got to spot little problems quickly, then deal with them effectively before they become too big to deal with."

The problem isn't that our leaders have "managed" the United State ineffectively, it's that they think society needs to be "managed" to begin with. I don't buy this metaphor at all, even if the author is arguing for a more accountable political system and following the constitution.

Yup.

That's why I'm all for non-violent protests (tax protests, national strikes, etc.) and for just opting out of the system/getting off the grid as much as possible.

Funny, even some of my circle who aren't politically active are talking about things like this and doing their part to stop feeding the monster.

When will it happen?
That is the question being asked everywhere. It is no longer IF but When.
between 2 and 10 years out.
A likely guess, but then again it could be tomorrow or next week. All it will take is some event whether random or planed to kick it off. Once it starts it will be an avalanche and will take on a life of it's own.

"They" want us to revolt, and will use it to impose martial law.
I am guessing that they want martial law and will manufacture an event to invoke it.
It is possible that martial law will be the tipping point to wake up the sleepers.

At this point is is just guessing. Best plan on getting ourselves ready for anything.

When things get to the point of outright, open rebellion, there will be a FF op pulled.

Then the 64 million dollar question will be, "How many will believe it?"

If a major FF fails to pull Boobus back onto the reservation, then it is on, for real: rip, shit or bust, hurtling into the future.

If that FF spooks Boobus back into submission, the "troublemakers" will be rounded up, the FEMA camps being built now will be filled, a reign of tyranny will descend across the land and, no hyperbole here, the world will plunge into a new Dark Ages.

This is no joke, it's no game, I could fill 20 pages here why I think this, no shit, humanity itself is on the cusp of a major shift that will literally determine the fate of mankind for the next thousand years.

Freedom or Tyranny: the issue will be decided in the next couple of years.
