..we got a Ron Paul Governor elected in a state like, say, Montana, and he/she is able to get the State Legislature to go along and declare silver to be legal tender?? Screw Federal Legal Tender laws; the states got the power baby!!

So what do you think would happen?? Pretty much an instant catapult into the Supreme Court on this issue, but I bet the Supreme Court would turn to the Commerce Clause, as if Section 8 of the Constitution held more ground than Section 10.

lets do it!!! Needs to be a state with a low population and liberty leanings...New Hampshire, Montana, Idaho, Nevada

We should've thrown a ton of support behind NC's Mike Munger. He's worked extremely hard but I don't think he's gaining much ground in the polls.

Hell, you know what, why don't we get Dr. Paul to run for Governor of Texas in 2010? It's more realistic and much cheaper for him to be elected as that and use that position to propel libertarianism.
