I rarely accept statements of fact at face value, unless the person saying so is an expert in the field, so when I heard Dr. Paul make certain claims about the IRS, I was skeptical.
I wasn't the only one. It turns out, however, that Dr. Paul was pretty much right on the money vis-a-vis the income tax and government budgets.
