Bulk buying Ads in small papers

I have revised an ad I was forwarded today which was posted here earlier. It's the very excellent We the People ad. I just added a photo Ron Paul and reformatted a little.

We have an incredible deal to put in 40 papers in Utah through the Utah Press Association

Any comments appreciated.

Hmmmm... I wonder how some may react to the "it's not about religion" part? Isn't Utah deeply religious particularly with the Mormons?

I wonder if some might take it the wrong way. Just a thought though. Looks nice.

I didn't write the text. But I think it's a subtle reference to Mitt supporters supporting him because he is Mormon - which I think even Mitt would agree is not the right reason to support him.

They reckon they have good shot at 2nd place for Ron Paul in Utah on Super Tuesday. So I want to run this ad a second week and figuring to raise $1000 to cover the balance needed for the 2 weeks in 40 papers
 
Utah looks favorable for Ron Paul. We even received 2nd place in the state GOP convention way back last May or June.
 
Other states need to do this!!

I love the ad too - simply a gem. Second would be great. I reckon we coulda had third in Iowa if we had run these ads in small papers starting way back in October. Bulk rates can be really cheap as this one proves. For 200,000 homes to get this it cost $578 or about 1/4 cent per home!

We must be able to win some votes with this. I am looking to get a chipin up soon to finance for another week. And post here hoping someone will look for more bulk ad buy opportunities in other states like this. This seems to be the cheapest advertising I have yet seen.
 
Any advice on how to find these arrangements in other states?

Where did you find the "Utah Press Association"?
