We need to pull out 3 million...

even if we have to borrow from our 11/5 pledges a bit...

I dont want to diminish 11/5 because its a great idea

...but 3 million would be a huge month and perhaps newsworthy..

the idea of 11/5 is not to hoard...but to just kick it up a notch on that special day...so if your saving for 11/5....perhaps you should "loan" yourself some cash beforehand..

we're still gonna have a huge day anyway..but lets hit 2.5 for October at least

Perhaps a little higher, but not 3 million. Right now we're projecting 2.32 million, and I think we'll get some lift from a month-end donation rush.

Definitely 2.2 to 2.4 from online donations imho, if the campaign figures in offline donations at the end of the month, then 2.6 to 2.8 million might be feasible.

So probably another 100k from that, maybe 300k with luck.

So including offline donations, it just might be possible to come very close to 3mil for october.

But I think the campaign was really hoping for 4mil in online donations alone, so I feel we have let them down.
