And wow, Barack is not such a great speaker without a script.

Unsurprisingly, I'm completely underwhelmed by both so far.

i know, its funny because whenever people talk about him, all they can say is hes a great speaker..

but i always thought he was quite clumsy and a little off..

have you counted how many times he has said "change" ?:p

when he spoke in my town he said change 65 times in an hour and hope 47 times... hahah

If I were a democrat, I would be impressed at there ability to pander to voters.

Hahhahaha @ Kotin, no I haven't counted how many times he's said "change," maybe I should be--but eh, it's not worth it.

40 minutes into it, and it's all been superficial BS about Rev. Wright, Hillary's goof on Bosnia, BO not wearing a flag pin, etc. Zero on the economy, foreign policy, domestic policy.

wow - they do have a stop watch at those things.

They seem to know that Hillary has gotten less time and they intend to rectify it. hmm........

Feeling a bit masochistic tonight?

I watched some of an earlier one, I couldn't take it.

Apparently so, I just like to know what's going on, regardless of political affiliation. I have this slight bit of fear that BO and HRC suck so much that they'll give it up to JMc and we'll end up with him as prez.

Barack: I will consider an Iranian attack on Israel as an attack on the United States.

Hiliary: I will consider an Iranian attack on any country as a reason to attack Iran.

Yeah, my impression from that is that Hillary is only slightly better than Barack, in that she stated that she would defend any country that wasn't nuclear, not just Israel.

I was just about to actually like Obama a tad, tad, tad bit until that came up :p

Ummm, Israel is nuclear. They just haven't signed the non proliferation treaty as have other countries such as Iran.

Heh, I know. But we all know that Israel is the exception in the Middle East.

Oh this ought to be good, they're just about to address gun control.

Blah, Blah, Blah, imasocialist, Blah, Blah, Blah, allurmoneyrmine, Blah, Blah, Blah,

I could only watch 5 minutes it...

When I see the two of them debate, I get the intense desire to Pledge allegiance to a maple leaf.

Watching MSNBC now, and Pat Robertson is on (speaking about the debate) saying, "both of these candidates are acting like any act of agression would be an automatic response of war with Iran. These people don't understand that the president of the United States does not have that authority! They have to get permission from Congress!"

go Pat!

Actually from what I understand, this is wrong, and what is really scarey about the Iraq situation under the War Powers Act, if the troops are under attack or serious threat per se Iran supporting insurgents in Iraq, the president could order an attack on Iran...

If this is not correct could someone please correct me,,,

YES>these motherfuckers are NEO CONS.

I was just about to actually like Obama a tad, tad, tad bit until that came up

I think the media manifests a desire in thoughtful people an instinct to defend Obama. The problem is that you are defending him against absolute nonsense. “Bitter”; “Jeremiah Wright”; blah blah blah

WHO THE FUCK CARES?

No one important. Clinton is just OUTWARDLY a liar.

this 200,ooo to 250,ooo level in the IRS forms that if income wise is under the same
that hillary clinton and barack obama have agreed to, is short of a "no new taxes" pledge

so its 16 months and a withdrawal timeline for barack as hillary waits 60 days to pull
one or two brigades out per month? ...and both ain't john mccain? or so they say?

mccain being potus has the other two still in the senate. this threeway of a normalcy...
hillary is more likely to pull troops a.s.a.p yet not totally alleiviate the taxpayer burdon.
she'd actually SHIFT about the heavily funded projects and programs. barack is more into
doing things mccain's way because he ain't quite visualizing HOW he pulls these brigades,
YET! which has us going back to mccain in the senate either agreeing with the potus or
under~cutting the potus if its a democrat who gets in! this threeway mainstream politics
as usual! the three are not totally on seperate wavelengths. nader is more "no nonsense"...
