In the first 2 minutes of this video, notice two things:

1. One of Rudy's top cronies, Bernie Kerek, runs up to Rudy, grabs his arm, and seems determined to want to stop him from talking to the media. The body language suggests he was saying something like: "Rudy, Are you nuts. Don't start saying things to the press"..

It's very odd.

2. Chris Wallace puts Rudy on the spot with a serious question and Rudy laughs nervously....it's a liar's laugh

Rudy is going to be the one with the 9/11 Macaca Moment that blows the lid off the whole thing. He's already done it 5 or 6 times, like when he told Peter Jennings that he knew the towers were coming down "10 or 15 minutes" before they did. Youtube it.

That's the clip that has the firefighters' families so angry. Rudy knew.

Gosh Rudy, if someone told you the towers were about to come down 10 or 15 minutes before it happened, shouldn't you have told the FDNY members headed into the building?
