Sort of. He was early on his Dow Jones prediction. It's is important to not the dollar index has went from 120 to 80 since Peter did this show. Peter was also bullish on oil and gold at this point, which have also had substantial gains since 2002. I think he mostly underestimated how big the bubble could get.
