RFID chips don't track people. This is true. The chips are passive. RFID readers stationed around the town could track the movement of individual RFID chips and, stored in a database, form a picture of it's movement around the town. Victoria's Secret isn't going to spend $$$ to do it, but some govco alphabet agency might.
 
Actually no. If the gal is worth me purchasing of something from Victoria Secret for her, I’d like the ability to track her movements.

Awfully, big brother of you. This is how it begins, they use women's clothing to sucker us in.
