This is in response to CNBC’s Managing Editor's letter to Ron Paul supporters and the removal of the CNBC online poll that was up shortly after the last Republican debate.

Michael, I hope you don’t mind me posting this here… I’ve put up an online petition with the express goal of laying to bed this particular line of FUD. Anyone who votes for Ron Paul in online polls is encouraged to sign this petition to demonstrate that they are a single, real individual.

When/if it hits six thousand signatures, I’ll email it to CNBC.

On-topic: you have a very valid point insofar as the online showing is not demographically representative of the American public as a whole, even if the results are valid. I offer the counterpoint that neither is the ballot turnout! Enthusiasm does count for something.
