In a world where Germany and Russia are friends and trading partners, there is no need for US military bases, no need for expensive US-made weapons and missile systems, and no need for NATO.

Ukraine is Washington’s ‘weapon of choice’ for torpedoing Nord Stream and putting a wedge between Germany and Russia. The strategy is taken from page one of the US Foreign Policy Handbook under the rubric: Divide and Rule. Washington needs to create the perception that Russia poses a security threat to Europe. That’s the goal. They need to show that Putin is a bloodthirsty aggressor with a hair-trigger temper who cannot be trusted.

The US and the EU have a vested interest in keeping the conflict in Ukraine going. The lives of people in Ukraine don't matter to US and EU governments and elites. They are cannon fodder for thier agenda. This conflict could have been avoided at several points. The 2014 coup shouldn't have happened, NATO membership should never have been proposed. Finally the Russian demands should have just been met. They are reasonable considering.

None of the Russian demands were unmeetable or would have caused ANY hardship on the Ukrainian population whatsoever. The same can be said for most of the pointless conflicts and atrocities carried out in this world... so the people of this world, and especially Americans have to ask themselves WHY do they keep electing politicians who abuse the public welfare, both at home and abroad? Part of that is not their fault, it is the fault of the corrupt system, but time after time they keep feeding at the same trough, swilling the same old tired lines, and filling the boots of servitude. It is very frustrating and harmful. Let it be rememered there were those who warned this would happen, whose voices were not heeded, and whose writings were not studied in our schools, media and even our pulpits.

As a man now in middle-age, I see vast differences between the times of today, the attitudes and obsessions of Americans compared to 3+ decades ago. It is as if the best of us cannot speak anymore, there are no veterans and no learned scholars being heard, real veterans from WWII and from 'Nam and Korea, all of whom I knew, and they knew the horrors of war - they had nothing good to say about any of it. You remember the nuclear freeze bumper stickers, and the yellow ribbons and glad hopes of Reagan/Gorbachev, Polish Solidarity and the Berlin Wall, it was not long ago, but the people on TV evidently either did not live through it, or were too narcissistic in their careers to have a conscience. Scumbags like Joe Biden are plenty old enough to remember, but this really shows you how ignorant and selfish they always were... pretending to care while sowing chaos and calamity at every opportunity.

This is because the fake news has been reporting that the whole time, or at least insinuating, that Putin's goal was to take over all of Ukraine.

Less than 24 hours after the attack in Ukraine, Putin put out a peace agreement with the following stipulations:

1. Ukraine recognizes Donbas as independent

2. Ukraine recognizes Crimea as Russian

3. Ukraine agrees not to join NATO

Nothing has changed, that I'm aware off.. essentially the same peace agreement was released every few days, they discussed the peace agreement with Zelensky at some point and he did not accept it..

Then I had someone ask me last night why Putin's demands suddenly changed and he doesn't want to take all of Ukraine. Now I'm seeing articles from the left that they are putting out this narrative that Putin's demands have "changed".

That means even if Putin gets his initial demands, the demands he has fought for since the beginning of the war, mainstream media will frame this as a "loss" for Russia.

I predicted this would likely happen from the beginning, because so many people were convinced that Putin invaded because he wanted to take over all of Ukraine. This is straight up war propaganda, to not tell people what Putin's demands were and let them go on thinking he wanted to conquer Ukraine and take it for Russia.

It's all going to change very soon. Ukraine's new president is going to be Oleg Tsaryov. Ukraine will become part of the Russian Federation.
