Changing your IP address every hour will do you absolutely no good. I know. I used to run an ISP. Albeit a small one and I didnt buy into the crap that these other major companies are all in hot water over, like Nebu Ad, and that kind of crap. Back on point, if you connected to my service at any time, no matter how brief, I know exactly who you are.
My advice: Get Firefox and if youre gonna make a post that you want to remain anonymous, use an anonymous proxy. If the IP gets tracked, it gets run back to the proxy that does not have any record of who you are, and they will have more trouble finding you. Of course they can probably backtrack cookies and what not, something that not enough people are concerned at all about. Oh jeez, joe, who was signed in at both google, and myspace, went thru his anonymous proxy to make such and such post.
Im very sorry to say that most people are just not even close enough to being tech savvy to protect their privacy. And of those that are concerned, although technically challenged, do the absoulute stupidest thing ever. They VOLUNTEER the information. They volunteer EVERYTHING. Then have balls to complain about no privacy.
If you want to see what I mean, just listen to this guy for 10 minutes...
