1) Ron Paul's campaign must receive lots of money. If you can afford to give even a couple of dollars, and aren't doing it, you aren't serious about getting him elected. The mainstream media and the GOP are going to keep him in second-tier status until he his a big piggy bank.

2) Ron Paul's Internet support must translate into real world support. People need to see swarms of living human beings, on TV, fact to face, everywhere, who support Ron Paul and who are getting the word out via non-Internet means. There are several on this forum who are actively engaged in that -- more power to them!

The mainstream media and the GOP are going to keep him in second-tier status until he his a big piggy bank.

Even if he could match the wealth of Romney, the media will do everything in their power to bury Ron Paul. This is about Power, not money.

That's what i've always thought too. The media are in bed with the elite....they all have plenty of money, power and everything else.

Doesn't mean i'm giving up....i'm just sayin'.

Please donate til it hurts. Then donate more.

I agree - my son and daughter asked what I wanted for fathers day and I told them funds to give to Ron Paul! So on fathers day he will get some more from me! I also called campaign headquarters and told them the need to start posting a daily intake on their website. I told them seeing the numbers would excite and encourage the giving of even more money.

Money IS power, my friend. Take that to the bank.

The mainstream media will take money from whoever will give it to them. That certainly includes Ron Paul.

I don't want to see "Rah rah Ron Paul, yayyyyyyyy!" followed by, "Ohhh, but I won't give his campaign a few bucks because I'm pretty sure it won't help...."

If you think like that, you deserve whatever leadership other people select for you.

EVERYTHING IS ABOUT MONEY

Money, from Dr. Paul's supporters is the one thing that can propel him.
And a lackthereof, will destroy his chances.

His message is clear, and people believe him.
We just need to get that message to EVERYONE, and ultimately let them make their own decisions. I have faith that once people read/watch about Dr. Paul, all the pieces will fall into place.

*I have been bombarding my friends via email about the GOP debate, dates/times, even the channel it will be on via Comcast, DirectTV, etc. Just so they don't have any excuses.

*I post on a very popular fantasy football message board, that often has political discussions. I have already converted 4 people for sure, one of which has donated $50, only 2 weeks after watching some of the video links I post.

*I talk to my mother, my brother, my grandmother (I even gave her 50 fliers off ronpaul2008.com to pass around her retirement community), even my STAUNCH Democratic buddy about Ron Paul. He's SO ANTI-NeoCon....but he's actually warming up to Ron Paul because he doesnt' like Hitlery or Obama.

ARE YOU DOING ENOUGH?

I really like the $10/month idea. Pitch that to your friends. It's a very low sum, but in massive numbers it's quite sizeable. It's worth it to me to pay $10 to see him in the next debate, and then another $10 for the next ... etc.!

you forgot #3 -- ACTUALLY VOTE , people are saying the people that support Ron Paul are non-voters, based on the crowd that gathered for him in NH after the debates, i think that's a lie, but still. Can't forget to VOTE! .. :)

Exactly, my vote won't count, My $10 won't count etc... WRONG , if everyone who thought that spent the time and laid down the money, there's millions of people who have seen Ron already through the debates and his TV appearances. $10 goes a long way when it's multiplied by millions. :D
