No matter who it is. The people obviously want major change. And a Republican just isn't what they're looking for.

This 3rd party thing is looking a lot more attractive.

Ron Paul isn't just any Republican. When the Dems are asked when will they get us out of Iraq, they fail. When they are asked what they'll do about securing the border, they fail.

jesus christ, you sound like a democrat talking head with your "change" talk. Dont buy into the propoganda of "change." they use that word in every freaking sentence, and it scares me it is working so well.

agreed. If youre thinking of quitting after Iowa than youre just as shallow and defeatable as the media says we all are.

49 states left, and i promise a lot of them have rather different values and a lot more delegates at stake than iowa.

do something positive like converting your family friends coworkers and neighbors

I dont need to register dem or rep to vote for pres elections. Let ppl see paul debating a dem. you just might see change ;)

I'm no Democrat, all I'm saying is that running as a Republican means we're fighting for over a smaller part of the pie. The majority of the electorate do not want a Republican. Why not go third party? At least people will not just side with a Democrat just because they hate Republicans.

The Republican name has been ruined in the public's eye.

Screw that idea!

A PRO-WAR republican will get crushed in the general election!

A PRO-PEACE candidate would WIN!

OP is an idiot....... RP hardly represents what the current state of the Republican party represents.... and no one would mistake that. Ron Paul vs Any Dem in a debate = OWNED

The numbers I saw prove exactly the opposite. With 99% of precincts reporting, the total number of democrats voting in the caucus was 2,485. With 85% of precincts reporting, the total number of republicans voting int he caucus was 100,045.
