Turkish troops in Iraq now?

I just saw a piece on CNN. Apparently Turkey has troops on the ground and in Iraq now. Also intriguing in the report is the revelation that we're sharing intelligence with them. A few weeks ago we were asking them not to intervene, and now we're actively helping them.
