How's this work, when is the vote, is there a set time frame?

It's back-room dealings to secure votes. The vote happens after it's pretty much decided. Meaning, if they have the votes to confirm, they'll hold the vote she'll be confirmed. If they can't get the votes, they'll stall until all methods to secure the vote have tried, and if unsuccessful and there's no recourse, they'll hold the vote and it'll fail.

So, that's pretty much what's happening with Tulsi and RFK, back room deals until they reach a decision.

That's my opinion/guess.

I don't really have a lot of faith that RFK/Tulsi will make much of a difference. I like RFK more than Tulsi, but that's just based on their relative tendencies to flip-flop and position inconsistencies. I think they are valuable to this new technocratic administration the way Colin Powell was valued prior to the Iraq war. They have reputations of having integrity. Something they may need to use up to drag us into the coming war and reorganization of America.
