1. Sell out and get the job
2. Stay true and don't get the job
3. Lie and Trojan horse your way in

Given the neocon types that surround Trump, 3 is unlikely to work at all because then a new problem emerges:
1. Sell out and keep the job
2. Reform and get fired

So basically we are screwed no matter what but at least Tulsi may have a little more restraint than a career ghoul would have so I would rather see her get through.

But when you have turbo ghouls like Tom Cotton actually having her back, don't expect anything good.

I watched the entire hearing. I was actually surprised how civil they were to her (Bobby's hearing on the other hand...)

That being said, they wanted her to call Snowden a traitor and she refused. They also grilled her on section 702 and she deflected pretty well. After the public hearing, though, they took it into a private session. I really doubt they'll let her have that position.
