Dems will vote in large numbers for Marco Rubio, Elise Stefanik, Scott Bessent: all establishment picks.

But they won't vote for Gabbard - a DNC Vice Chair and Bernie supporter in 2016 -- because she's skeptical of the US Security State. Dems don't tolerate criticisms of that CIA, NSA, FBI, etc.

If she has no chance of getting confirmed otherwise then she has 3 choices:
1. Sell out and get the job
2. Stay true and don't get the job
3. Lie and Trojan horse your way in

Given the neocon types that surround Trump, 3 is unlikely to work at all because then a new problem emerges:
1. Sell out and keep the job
2. Reform and get fired

So basically we are screwed no matter what but at least Tulsi may have a little more restraint than a career ghoul would have so I would rather see her get through.

But when you have turbo ghouls like Tom Cotton actually having her back, don't expect anything good.
