Top Five Presidential Campaign Reads-Summer Reading List for the General Public

5.The Revolution Will Not Be Televised By Joe Trippi

4. All Fair: Love, War and Running for President By James Carville and Mary Matalin

3. The Revolution: A Manifesto By Ron Paul

2. Manufacturing Consent: The Political Economy of the Mass Media By Noam Chomsky

1. Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail By Hunter S. Thompson

Long as The Manifesto's there, I'm fine with the list.

I like the first three although I would switch the Paul book with the Chomsky text (failed states is also good) I would never even take a second look at anything Trippi or Carville write, as far as I am concerned they are enemies to liberty and not relevant minds within the spectrum of what is really important. They are talking heads and mostly mindless and most would do well to ignore everything they say.IMHO
