Is it time for a National Strike? Can we get this together? All Americans are affected by this bailout. I ask would a General Strike be more effective? I mean everyone in every workplace of all classes walk off the job and not return until we the people have restored the constitution back to government. This crosses all industries, all races, all backgrounds, nomatter who you are or what you do we all are American and band together as brothers and sisters until this government heeds our demands.

It's a tactic that has worked for labor unions and peaceful activists like Ghandi.

Can we talk with Adam Kokesh<sp (sorry about spelling) and the slave uprising movement? maybe we can bring anything together? AFL/CIO and other unions/groups. Teamsters or Longshoreman as well. Doctors, Nurses, Farmers, everyone and anyone who's upset with this BS that's going on.

Not really, communists/socialists do it all the time. We would have to have a ton of money to get it publicized and get a pledge meter. If we had $25 million we could probably do it, but we'd have to get at least one month to prepare, and we'd have to make sure the striking sheeple don't go out and charge up their credit cards on that day.

No it wouldn't. There is already widespread anger so many people would be receptive to the idea. There are groups with different ideologies joining together against this one terrible thing, like No Cash for Trash (http://nocashfortrash.org/).

I signed up for their notifications and add one of my blogs to their roll. Looks like they've got people from the left, the right, the center and who know what else. Everyone should follow all the links and sign all their petitions.

This could really explode. They need to hear it from every side. I wonder is it possible this could actually build a real coalition of every one who is not one of them?

When this bailout passes it's time for action. It has become painfully obvious our government is not listening to the voices of the people. I for one will strike between 02NOV-05NOV as was previously posted in this thread. We must start taking action somehow and since we are becoming a socialist state we may as well perform a national strike as they do in France and elsewhere.
