An unending non declared war is the issue! Face it people, is every man killed in a war given his maranda rights, a speedy in trial and a trial by his peers before he is executed?? Why should those held at gitmo get a fair trial while those on the battle field got killed? War is Hell and that is why it should never be go into lightly. Never ending wars with no winning objective are the absolute worst. If those in Gito are held more than just enemy combatants but war criminals in that they went far beyond just fighting and were depravely cruel in action then they should be tried as such. The others that are POW's must be held until the war ends and then repatrioted.
