Sure, you could think of the high price as a good time to sell, but that would ignore the real reasons for the increased price (low consumer confidence, weak dollar).

Besides, if the price keeps going up, that just shows the market is so committed to buying that they'll pay more than a few months ago.

Those who sell now, either need the paper to pay some bills or are just plain ignorant of the current situation.

All I would say is that WAIT UNTIL THE RATE CUT. Seriously, they are talking about the possibility of a 100 point basis cut. That will definately push gold higher.
