He recommended the text ad. Apparently alot of the users block advertising but they can't block the text ads. It will be right at the top of all the forums. We'll try it this way for a week and then maybe go to a banner if the numbers aren't as good as we'd like. I think this will work out good though.

Very true, especially if the users are at any level of a "Power User".
