Jesse Ventura is a faux intellectual, and he's incredibly immature for his age.

He likes talking, and he likes making it sound like everything he says is smart and fresh. Take a look at his "scandalous" comments on organized religion while he was governor - those are the types of things a high schooler says when he first discovers atheism.

Can't we find someone who has already gone through puberty and gotten over childish antics? There are so many smart people out there... the problem is that very few of them enter politics.
