09/17/2009 Freedom Watch 33 Guest Lineup

The daily Freedom Watch show continues with the taping of another show today to be posted tomorrow (Friday) morning at http://foxnews.com/freedomwatch instead of this evening.

The guests:

I've been in touch with the FW producer through this first week of the daily show. He's been feeding me the upcoming guests and news about the show to post on my FreedomWatchonFox.com site.

He's been very supportive of my own efforts at promoting the show. He requested that I do not post Youtubes and instead link to the Fox videos so that the view numbers get noticed more. I think this is reasonable although I think putting it up on YT helps promote the show too and don't necessarily agree with that decision, but the content is not mine so I will comply.

So from now on I'll be embedding the Fox clips on the site. I will be putting up the podcast likely the day after the video gets posted and I'll always post the upcoming guests as soon as I hear about them. Ultimately, the only thing I want is to help make the show successful enough so that it has a chance to get put on TV.

To confirm some things. Yes, the show is no longer live. They record it then edit it to make it more "professional" and then post it later in the day/evening.

The producer is making an effort to come up with a standard time for the clips to be posted, but for now it's going to be "when they can". I'm not sure the reason for today's show being posted tomorrow and not today. He just relayed the information to me in an email this morning.

I have asked him if they will be recording a new show tomorrow for posting Friday night, but haven't heard back yet. Since the Judge is at the C4L conference I'm thinking there will be no new show tomorrow (Friday) night.

One thing I could use some help with... the Fox embedded videos sometimes change after I post them and stop working. They show 'undefined' in the title bar of the embedded video. If any of you happen to see this on the site (FWOF) then please email me and let me know so I can fix it. For my email address see the About page at LibertyMaven.com


When I post the show clips I will always post them in order, unlike the way they sometimes show up on the Fox site. I personally find the Fox clips and embedded player they provide to be wanting. However, if embedding them instead of posting them to YT increases the chances of getting it on TV then I'm all for it.

Yeah, I asked the Producer about doing that and he was all for it. I do have over 3000 subscribers to my YT channel. When they don't see a new FW video they get all antsy and start sending me msgs.

So I think I'll start doing that to aid in the promotion.
