Texas convention questions

I was a PCC alternate but didn't get to become a delegate to the state convention...can I get in to the convention as a spectator or something? I live at St. Emanuel and Clay, just a few blocks from George R. Brown. I'm going to go to the concert at Meridian as well.

Yes you can volunteer. You can also be the registered guest of a delegate, but there is a fee. You can come to some of the Ron Paul gatherings going on around the convention where delegates and meetup groups will gather.

There are many ways to be part of the big party.

I'm in same boat you are. My brother made it to state and I thought I wouldn't be in town that weekend. I going to probably pass out flyers by day and hit up the parties at night. Are you going to the ice cream social on Thursday?

I think the fee to be a guest is about $25.00.....a delegate will have to get you signed in.

I think you should come and record the convention. They'll try and screw us either way but at least we'd have evidence for a lawsuit later.

I already pre-registered online for me (an alternate) and a guest. I'm bringing my father with me. He's doesn't like Ron Paul or John McCain. I don't think I received a notification/receipt email of my payment for registration, though the charge did show up on my credit card.

I'm also wondering where exactly do we go when we first get there and stuff and do we need any paper work or just and ID. The Texas GOP website isn't too helpful.

And it was dated today. The Ron Paul website states that it's tomorrow.

So is it today or tomorrow?

I assume that it's tomorrow, and the email was just dated for today.
I don't want to make a stupid mistake and miss it. Can someone please clearify?
