What other choice would Putin have but to call it not only an act of war by the US and UK but an act of terrorism against Russia ? What can he do in retaliation ? I have often wondered how weak or held back Russia's spy and assassin network is. Imagine if they are not weak, but only were being held back? btw there is much evidence the attack was supposed to happen at an even larger concert on March 8th, so that it would disrupt Putin's re-election and make him look bad. That attack didn't happen because of a large, unexpected security presence.

I don't see any detailed info release compilation from the FSB but they are operating as if and have said the US, UK, and Ukraine were behind it.
It would appear the investigation is still ongoing and today is not the day they release whatever they have.
