The U.S. Supreme Court has placed on hold the lower court rulings, and court drawn maps, and will hear arguments this next January 9th. It is likely this means elections will be pushed back to May.
What does this mean for Ron Paul?
If elections are held on Super Tuesday, then delegates to the national convention are apportioned per the vote totals. If the elections are pushed back to May, then Texas could possibly go to "winner take all".
