Specter Switch a Power Play? 60 votes!

Seems ominous. He switches and the Democrats now have 60 votes in the Senate. They're unstoppable, assuming they have a hive mind.

That pretty much says it all right there. He switched from D to R when it was convenient for him earlier in his power journey. He'll switch back when it's convenient for him.

That could make a PA resident want to switch to D just to vote against him in the primary.

... which of course makes me wonder if he'll have opposition in the Democratic Primary. It would be very telling if he does not.

f the gop had listened to us. then i bet this might not be happening,since the ron paul revolution and us republicans are smarter then the old gaurd republicans. this is not about conservatives vs liberals or whatever folks want to think. It is about Liberty and Freedom and us republicans having a voice within the gop ,which we do not. to me the gop is to blame not arlen specter. The ron paul revolution has more common sense then the gop could ever dream of. to be honest i only stayed a republican for the ron paul revolution not the gop!
