By the way, Reagan is one of those radio meat puppets who gets his talking points from the White House. What Reagan really did was float a "trial balloon" - seeing what reaction they could get. The reaction helps them modify the parameters in their wargaming systems to determine what they could face if they attempted a "red list" roundup during martial law, or something like that.
Based on this, they probably have to plug it into their supercomputers and find they will be grabbing the wrong end of a running chainsaw.
