Server Locked?

Heard they locked the server and aren't allowing any new characters to be created. Is this true?

Good luck on the march...wish i could be there but my WoW days are over. :o

Yes, it's true. I got into the server, even though it said "locked"...just had to wait in the queue for a few minutes. I was unable to create a character, though...message said to check back during non-peak hours. NooooooOOOooooo! I guess I waited too late. Are there any plans to keep the guild active after the march?

All server populations are locked when there is a queue to log in.
