The following organization scheme came from Nate Thompson and friends, and was presented at the 25-May-07 Meet-Up rally at the Unitarian Church in Austin.

Here are the teams (and original interim leaders). There is a "flat" organization, with the "executive team" resolving any disputes (but hey, we love liberty, abjure authoritarinaism, and don't have conflicts, right?
