Say I spend 20 bucks. Is that a 20 dollar donation, or does only a piece of that go towards donations?

The whole spent amount is a donation. WHen RP reports it, he will report all $20 as a donation but if the item cost him $10 he will list a $10 expense and his cash on hand will go up $10.
