Ron Paul Takes 13.81% in Oregon

Back at 15% with 78% showing. This is respectable.

Does anyone know if much advertising was done in Oregon? Or is it just that Oregonians are smart, freedom-loving people? (If the latter, I may have to consider moving one of these days!)

Every time I see even a single vote for McCain, it shocks me. Realizing over 80% of voters actually prefer him is absolutely nauseating.

Hey....let's rejoice.....this proves we ARE NOT ALONE....

We are fighting the status quo....will this be the year we win?

Probably not....but our ideas and beliefs are making inroads and in 2012 we can mount a counter offensive unlike anything the establishment has seen before....

We know right from wrong,,,,,

Let's keep doing what we know is right and keep being the patriots who will support the constitution as we have taken oaths to do.......and in time we will bring a constitutional republic back as the government of this country as was the founding fathers original intent......

Although I didn't hear any of them, there was quite a few radio ads -

uh ... hmmm... on the second part - about "freedom loving people" ... where I live (in the Portland metro area) the area is quite "progressive" liberal - we have an active socialist party! Very nanny state oriented ... ugh ugh ugh ...

Democrats outnumber Republicans and Republicans are not falling fully in line with McCain. So, what we have is a party trying to play catch up be turning away potential supporters. WONDERFUL tactic.
