For those of us in the DC area who have a hankering to hear Ron Paul speak live--it will be my first time--I have confirmed with the Johns Hopkins University Center on Politics and Foreign Relations and with campaign headquarters in Arlington that Congressman Paul will be speaking on September 11, 2007
Time: 09/11/07 11:00 AM to Noon
Location: Nitze Building
1740 Massachusetts Ave.N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20036.
Bob Guttman, the CPFR Director, told me the event is free of charge and open to the public. The conference room seats approximately 400 people. Apparently this is part of an ongoing series of talks given by both Democratic and Republican candidates.
Try to bear in mind this is is a public policy forum not a rally. Play nice boys and girls.
I do not have a camcorder, but I hope someone nearby might have one and might be able to get this recorded.
