I found this forum that lists several cities that are participating:

Still googling for more. Would be nice if someone set up a site or page for all to post their local pics too, and to have some basic planning info.
From the forum and worth repeating here:
Everyone:
When you are making signs PLEASE keep in mind we will be doing Ron Paul's campaign a huge disservice, if not outright ruining his chances of winning, if we use signs or literature that are radical or even outside the mainstream. The Ron Paul campaign has asked that we all stick to very generic type signs and slogans. They do not want him linked to any controversial ideas or conspiracy theories. It's simply a matter of common sense. Ron Paul has to get the public vote; if he doesn't win the hearts of the average American; he has no chance. We all love Dr. Paul and many of his followers are far better read and informed about myriad subjects (some of them quite disturbing when it comes to the direction this country is headed). But, we must put our other activist activities aside and keep Ron Paul distanced from these controversies. There will be plenty of time to address them once he is in office. People who rebel and insist on holding whatever sign they want, will end up doing Hillary and Rudy a very big favor.
So Please:
NO signs that mention specific stances like immigrations or abolish the IRS
NO signs that mention 911
NO signs that call for impeaching Bush - or that insult any of the other candidates
NO signs about the New World Order
NO signs that are even remotely controversial
Let’s make it positive and patriotic; let’s see if we can stir in the breast of our fellow men a desire for a return to love and pride of country; something that has been very lacking in the past thirty years. We want these people to respect us. If they respect us, they will respect Ron Paul …..then maybe they will take ten minutes to look into his views or watch a Utube of him. Ron Paul can sell himself; his message resonates in the hearts and minds of the American people. The irony is, the grassroots movement is the only way Ron Paul can get elected; and it also has the greatest potential of derailing his campaign.
