Ron Paul has the BEST solution for the environment: HEMP!!

If you need to convince any environmentalists, don't try to explain that global warming is a fraud. No matter how fake it is, you won't make any inroads because they are emotionally vested in it. What you need to do is give them what they want:

By legalizing hemp farming, Ron Paul will do more for the environment than any other candidate. Hemp is very easy to grow, requires no chemicals (it naturally crowds out weeds), and is much more efficient for biofuels than corn is. Hemp also makes great paper, so we could stop cutting trees down altogether. It can replace cotton too! Cotton requires a lot of chemical and irrigation, while hemp requires neither. You can make biodegradable plastics out of it, instead of using oil - win/win! And the seeds are one of the healthiest foods around.

It's a miracle plant, and the fact that it's illegal is a crime against humanity.

I was a member of the Green Party not too long ago, and I can tell you that the hemp issue is a non-starter. Nobody cares, and the last thing RP needs is to be called the pothead candidate.
The Green Party is dead now even though they had freaking Ralph Nader! They could have stuck to issues like product safety, government accountability, antiwar issues, the military industrial complex.


What did they focus on, hemp, weed, pot. Good job idiots, your party is dead now.

The real greens are in europe, and what they care about is environmental issues, now thats a proper party.

WTF? Wow, I guess all those Canadians whom fought for the right to grow and prosper are all idiots. I worked Joe Strobel's tobacco (picking) before he got all 'uppity' and demanded the right to grow cannabis. YOU might not care, but maybe you don't farm?
There are thousands and thousands of hearty Canucks growing this most miraculous of plants. Why are Americans not allowed? (More for us up here, no complaints!)
As for European Greens...Greens are a world wide party, non-localized and spooky as heck. I 'tried' dropping off the British Columbia Green Parties mailing list and it has taken fax's, phone calls and dozens of emails to finally get rid of their junk mail. The best environmental ideas are all home spun, not mandated from above. Preferably spun in hemp cordage.
