DHS is an abomination. TSA is an abomination. "Remaking" any of this will not streamline anything, lest we forget, the original intent of DHS was to streamline things. That sure worked well, didn't it? This will not lead to less buraucracy, it will simply lead to a mess that was remade into a bigger mess.
Mitt Romney: He's for "streamlined" big government bureaucracies.
