This was in Time Magazine, September 15, 2008 issue (the one with Palin's face on the cover).

Location- Page 31. Page 30 was the end of the article on Palin, so as you finish the article you see the ad before you turn the page to start the next story.

Hope this comes out OK.

This is the stuff that makes me feel completely isolated from mainstream society. While everyone else is like all, "but it for our protecting," and "things will be so much more convenient." I begin to feel like my neighbors, people at work or church are actually the enemies of my liberty. The whole world has gone mad!

I posted about this the other day. That same ad is on the very last page of last week's Newsweek.

Absolutely makes me ill . . .

Since a few people are getting wise to the idea of Real ID, IMO they have changed the name to throw some people off the track . . . .

Exactly how I feel. I don't even have fun going out with people who are that ignorant anymore. Now I don't have to have political friendships with everyone but the ones that say things like you mention and who also will not listen to my side (or disagree with me on most things) I can not be around.

I stopped talking to one girl completely becuase she said there should be one world government, currency and one brand of food. She also only talks about fashion television shows. She is a smart girl too in most areas. How do you argue with someone that far gone?

I stopped talking to one girl completely because she said there should be one world government, currency and one brand of food. She also only talks about fashion television shows.

Does she see any contradiction in this? If one brand of food, why not one utilitarian fashion for her worker's paradise? Indeed, why not one health care system, one school, one religion?
