Question: Could the Supreme Court block the Bail Out?

I was thinking about that... the terminology in the bill suggested that even the Supreme Court has no authority to review Paulson in regards to his usage of Treasury funds in the Big Bailout.

How do the Supreme Court Justices like that? Do they like Congress undermining the judicial branch? Do they like the idea of having a King Paulson?
