Positions on Vaccinations

Does anyone know the positions of Baldwin and Barr on vaccinations?

I could find McCain, Clinton and Obama on the Internets easy.

Barr would definitely oppose FEDERAL regulation when it comes to vaccinations. He'd probably support mandatory vaccinations were he governor or on a school board...
