BELLMAWR, N.J. - A gym in southern New Jersey has reopened for business in defiance of a state order that shut down nonessential businesses to help stem the spread of the coronavirus.

People began gathering outside the Atilis Gym in Bellmawr several hours before it reopened at 8 a.m. Monday.

Around 10:30 a.m. local police officers approached the door through the crowd to speak with the gym's owners. The officers informed them that they were "formally" in violation of the shutdown order.

"We are and only were here for everybody's safety today. We planned for the worst and hoped for the best, and it seems like that's what we have out here today," the officer said to the owners and surrounding crowd.

"Formally, you are all in violation of the executive order. On that note, have a good day. Everybody be safe," the officer said before walking away as the crowd erupted in cheers.

NJ Governor Murphy warned against doing this again

Yesterday, Governor ('Choppers') Murphy threatened to use increased force if gym members show up again on Tuesday.

Pretty encouraging to see pushback like this in NJ of all places.

And the Empire strikes back...

As usual, they will pick off the dissidents one at a time.

At least one person was arrested Tuesday after leaving Atilis Gym in Bellmawr, New Jersey, which has been in violation of Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy's coronavirus shutdown executive order since it reopened Monday, NJ.com reported.

They are just following orders.

Anyone get their names? They deserve some sort of merit ribbons.

They are just following orders.

Anyone get their names? They deserve some sort of merit ribbons.

Longer version.

"They are just following orders and thank you for your service".

I think men that do this will wake up when they realize they were conditioned to behave this way from police state propagandists and their supporters in the media that are leftist women, women that get hot for the badge - authoritarian figures by nature and metro sexual young men in the leftist cities. Like Pajama boy.

NJ gym owners arrested after repeatedly ignoring COVID-19 lockdown orders

Two New Jersey gyms owners who have repeatedly reopened in defiance of the state’s coronavirus lockdown have been arrested, police said Monday.

Atilis Gym owners in Bellmawr— Ian Smith, 33, of Delanco Township, and Frank Trumbetti, 51, of Williamstown — were charged with contempt and violation of a disaster control act, according to the Camden Couty Prosecutor’s Office.

The two owners have continually railed against Gov. Phil Murphy’s executive order amid the pandemic COVID-19 and even sued lawmakers claiming their constitutional rights were violated when they were forced to close their South Jersey gym.

Last Wednesday, Judge Robert Lougy ordered the owners to vacate the gym and stop reopening.

Yet since the ruling, the owners, as well as others, were spotted using the gym, law enforcement said.

Cops and county prosecutors asked the owners to leave but they refused, which led to the arrests, according to police.

Smith and Trumbetti were charged and released, police said.

In a post on the gym’s Facebook page Monday morning, Smith attacked the governor as “flexing his little tyrant muscles.”

“Officers from the county sheriffs entered the premises without a warrant or adhering to the signage posted on the door requesting they call first,” Smith claimed.

“This is gonna be fun in court.”

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - PLEASE SHARE THIS THIS POST.

4 years ago today, we reopened Atilis Gym in direct violation of an unconstitutional order by Governor Philip Murphy to close small businesses in New Jersey.

The support we received locally, nationally, and internationally for our stand is something I will be forever grateful for.

With that being said, I am thrilled to announce that we have achieved a major victory in the long, hard fight against the State.

ALL OF THE 80+ municipal citations of violations of a governor's order, public nuisance, disturbing the peace, and operating without a license against us have been dropped by the courts WITH prejudice. This means the State has NO ability to revist or refile these charges.

This victory opens the battlefield again and gives us options to continue to push back and bring justice to the treasonous actions of Phil Murphy and his lackies.

Again, thank you to all who supported us. We could not have done it without you.

Special thanks to our fearless attorneys - John McCann and Giancarlo Ghione. Some of the most high profile attorneys around the country ran from our case - knowing it would be a long, hard road and would make them a target of the stare. These two gentlemen stood with us through the darkest days of the storm, have not flinched, and never once cared about being in front of cameras to gain notoriety from their work.

More updates later.

Nobody is coming to save you, save yourself. Spit on your hands and hoist the black flag. No quarter.

Suck my dick Phil Murphy.
