it would be under 10k and god forbid people would be upset, far better to charge em more every time they buy something. The market is fixed but it will lose participants quickly as people say frig this. Volume will dry up and the only ones playing the futures scalp game will be the brokers themselves stealing from eachother rather than traders. Buy bricks, they'll double before the market does.

I'm leveraged on gold and trying to use the returns on gold to offset interest being paid on farmland I bought. My theory goes -- I can pay back mortgages on land with cheaper dollars and use the dollar collapse to finance the acquistion of hard assets. If dollar collapses, the assets become mine for nothing.

In other words, I am trying to get into as much good debt as possible on credit, then using gold prices as the vehicle to pay off the hard asset acquisition.
