Paul outraises Giuliani in Silicon Valley

"And in a surprising twist, New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani came in fourth in third quarter fundraising among Republicans in Silicon Valley - behind long-shot candidate Rep. Ron Paul of Texas. Paul's surging Internet support has translated into a fundraising explosion locally.

"Paul raised $77,014 in Silicon Valley in the third quarter, compared with a meager $70,600 for Giuliani. Two-thirds of Paul's 2007 fundraising in the valley occurred in the third quarter, and his valley contributions now make up 16 percent of his total California fundraising for the first nine months...

"Giuliani's campaign had no comment on the former New York mayor trailing Paul in fundraising."
