So it seems like a lot of Ron Paul fans are geeks. Here's the official stats poll!

I use GNU/Linux. Either Ubuntu or Arch. I frequently switch between the two.

gnu linux slackware distribution

if your using windows you dont have a personal computer
read the EULA its microsofts computer you have no rights

I'm running Windows XP Pro.

But I got over 15 personal email adresses...

Dutch :p

Cool to see some Slackware folks. I use Slack a lot. ronpaul.name = Slackware. Totally.

WinXP Pro - on the PC*. I had to go back to being dumb.

Windows Mobile 5 - on the HTC Apache 6700 (err..my phone)

Ubuntu 32bit - old laptop that won't turn on anymore. :( Worked great once I got the ndis wrapper to properly handle the wireless card.

*Used to run Ubuntu x64 for a bit on the PC, but that was a massive headache trying to get NTFS support on x64 w/ a SATA RAID. Effectively, of 90gig internal storage, I could only really access 10gig.

note: I did manage to pull off NTFS read-only support for the SATA raid, but the write support for 64bit systems using a SATA Raid were non-existent at the time.

I've also attempted Debian (back in they day), Mandrake, when it was new, and RH, off and on.

XP Pro on this box, XP 64-bit on my next one. *(which I have had to delay for 6 months due to RP contributions! :) Best money I have ever spent)

windows vista ultimate. I wish they would have fixed it before the release.

Driver crunch.... They still don't have it right. But I must say It's very impressive!
I own a top end gaming rig. self built. I have about 4K into it. Technology is fast to change.

Windows XP, either pro or home is fine.

Vista is awful. I'm thinking of switching one of my puters to Linux, but haven't worked out compatability yet. I may just buy a mac book. Being a musician, they have lots of cool stuff that is unbeilievably useful.

I used to hate ACI until I bought an iPod. Go figure. :p

Kubuntu & XP Dual

and the ONLY reason I still am stuck on Windows is Adobe products and Quickbooks - ok and Dreamweaver too. I admit I have yet to find another program that can beat it.

Yes Yes I know I can use Gimp but I have a great deal of styles, filters etc. that Gimp could never replace. Any one try Inkscape? It's a terrific program and works on Windows too. If you like graphics give it a try.

Love ubuntu, third I have tried. Recommend it to beginners as its ready to go at boot especially if you aren't doing a dual boot.

Yeah i'm a geek-chick :D
