Alright, I know it's not perfect, but I have launched the full site at http://ondecember15th.com/

It may seem like a bit much, but we need to organize people, and meetups are too fragmented while this forum is too unfocused (for drawing in new bodies).

Feel free to give any suggestions. And make sure to sign up if you want to help plan our nationwide events!

Map it

For my money, we've GOT to get some kind of map set up where people can pledge to rally, canvass, or whatever that day. Something similar to this map of his MeetUp groups. http://ronpaul.meetup.com/about/

I would make it myself if I had any experience with programming. Somehow we need a map where people's pledges can be marked, as well as the ability to see different parts of the big cities in fine detail.

It would be wise to make some other redirect than javascript. What is the purpose of that - stats? Imagine how it looks like, when people have JavaScript disabled (I do have it disabled by default!). After a quick look, the site looks fine, though I would have many technical issues with that (sorry, I'm a webdev! ) - but they do not matter for regular web users.

Keep doing what you're doing and it's a free country and all that- I just don't want you to think I'm a jerk when these other two sites come out over the weekend.

Yeah... I was running out the door and that was a temporary solution. I moved the actual site to the root domain, and the new redirect is at http://ondecember15th.com/site/ and is a little nicer.

I believe I said in my first post on the subject that while the money bomb made some sense on a single site, I firmly believe that having a single site will HURT the efforts on the 15th.

And I hope you don't think me a jerk when I say that you were taking far too long with ALL THREE sites.

EDIT: I mean that all in the most constructive way possible. Standing by my assertion that more sites will help, I'll be adding links to both of those sites once they finally go up.

No don't worry, but you really aren't in a position to fairly judge how long I'm taking. You don't know what is going on over here or how much effort I'm putting into other things. We're also more than a month away and I plan on having these sites up by the weekend. Of course you can have your opinion, it's just not based on having all the info..

Anyway I just wanted you to know the other sites are coming thats all..
