I wouldn't be surprised if he voted yes. This bill doesn't cost any money other than wasting whoever wrote its time. These sorts of bills come up all the time. Here's a bill honoring the Florida Gators for winning the National Title. RP votes yes. I wouldn't be surprised if some vote no. Congressman Peter King came out and said MJ was a disgrace or something like that. Not sure how RP feels about this.

There was a recent vote on a plaque to put in the US Capitol saying "slaves helped construct this building" or something like that. It also had a lone vote in negation...

Ron Paul voted yes. It was a Republican from Iowa who voted no, based on Judeo-Christian principles or something like that...
