I, for one, am maxed out. So, ordering them from the store doesn't seem possible. The only way I could get them from the campaign is if they would send them to me for free.

Same. And I, for one, don't want the campaign to send them to me. I can come up with the cash to buy elsewhere, and at better prices. I'd rather the campaign use the money for something else.

Umm, I think they are buying them as cheap as possible, and I know for a fact they really want us to buy from them... (Of course being maxed out is a bit trickier..)

Obviously, for anyone not donating the max, you should be buying from the official store.

But for anyone who intends to or has already maxed out, it ould be better to purchase independantly rather than using up campaign resources.

Are you sure on that? Isn't buying them from the campaign just like buying them anywhere else? So is this another way they can get more profit off you.

.

Any purchases made from the official store count as campaign contributions and are calculated in your 2300 limit.

They listed an 800 number to call to order if you're maxed out. They also are AFAIK still giving out materials to for ex meetup groups and such as they did before setting up the store. Would have to ask/verify on that one though.

The optimum thing to do is to give generously to the campaign to your heart's content, as the Spirit moves you, and ask for nothing in return. Using this approach the campaign can better utilize funds for air time on mega advertising such as TV and radio.

Then at the grassroots level folks can get the best value on materials where they can find them.

For example:

Yard signs with wire stands as low as $1.80 plus shipping (compared to the smaller, lower visibility signs for $2.50 at the campaign store)
Bumper stickers as low as nine cents each plus shipping (compared to over .30 cents each at the campaign store)
Buttons as low as 28 cents each

Compare and make your materials funds go much further -
